Event details

The event title is
[Sake lovers gather!] What are Junmai, Ginjo, and Daiginjo? An online toast event with sake breweries in Saga!
So, the theme this time is exactly, ``How does the taste of alcohol change depending on the rice polishing ratio?'' ”
There are various types such as Junmai and Ginjo, but this project was aimed at people who don't know what they are because there are so many different types.
However, there were actually people who were knowledgeable about Japanese sake, so there may have been a lot of people who knew about the rice polishing ratio.
Well, the theme of the event has some meaning, so it would be great if everyone could sit around the makers and talk about sake. lol
What was sent in advance

in advance3 types of Kiho Tsuru sake (drink size 180ml)And this time it is actually used speciallySake rice with different polishing ratios, and courtesy of Komori-san.sake leesand used the sake lees in the leaflet.Sake lees cream cheese recipeI have sent it to you together.
There were a total of 31 participants this time!
There were 24 people on Zoom (including 4 staff members) and 7 people on YouTube Live.
The house is really different! We had people come from all over Japan.
zoom (5 people from Tokyo, 1 person from Saitama, 1 person from Hiroshima, 1 person from Shiga, 1 person from Aomori, 1 person from Osaka, 9 people from Fukuoka, 2 people from Saga, 1 person from Kumamoto, 1 person from Nagasaki)
YouTube (2 people from Tokyo, 1 person from Kanagawa, 1 person from Saga, 2 people from Fukuoka, 1 person from France (buyer, viewing only)
Main flow of the event

The main flow of the event is as follows.
There was so much content that I had a hard time summarizing it while watching the video (bitter smile).
- Opening greeting
- Practice using zoom chat function
- Mr. Komori and his siblings appear
- Cheers
- Introduction of Tsuru Kimine with video
- Self-introduction of all participants + What we are looking forward to today
- [Main theme] What is the rice polishing ratio?
- First question time
- Comparison of Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo and product introduction
- First breakout session “Interaction between participants”
- Interacting with people on YouTube Live
- Time to ask questions from the breakout session
- toilet break
- second round
- Product introduction of pure rice sake “Sefuri Yusui”
- What Mr. Komori wants to ask his drinkers
- Second breakout session: ``What kind of alcohol do you usually drink and local snacks that go well with this alcohol?''
- Sharing the ``local snacks that go well with this drink'' from the breakout session
- Answers to preliminary questions
- free time
- Cheers with a hands-on pose
- After-party only for those who wish.
This time, I wanted to make it a more "participatory" event than last time, so I changed the structure significantly and made use of various zoom functions.
My personal theme was ``increase the amount of conversation among everyone,'' and I intended to host the event with that as a KPI.
Impressions after holding the third event

This time, we tried various new things, such as using Zoom's features such as voting and breakout sessions.
Personally, I think it was a good result!
The reason is because I had fun.😂lol
We were able to deepen interactions between participants, and I think we were able to achieve our initial KPI of ``increasing the amount of conversation among all participants.''
In addition, in the post-event survey, we received feedback such as how it was good to get to know the personalities of the brewers, and we believe that we were able to convey the appeal of Kimine Tsuru through the combination of ``alcohol + people''.
