This time's sake
●Junmai Ginjo Tadashi (Nakagokoro) 300ml
[Collaboration sake with Kutchan Agricultural High School]
In the first year of 2020 and the following year in 2021, it was awarded in the "Sapporo Regional Taxation Bureau New Sake Appraisal Junmai Sake Division" Gold award winner. Students from Hokkaido's Kutchan Agricultural High School are in charge of cultivating and managing the sake rice "Comet" in their school's rice fields, and brewing at the local Nisei Koshu Brewery. We named it "Tadashi | Nakagokoro" because of our new experience and our desire to reach out to as many people as possible with our sincerity.
●Nisei Komoto Junmai Kita Shizuku 300ml
Mr. Mizuguchi is a ``fan of Kimoto making'', so he created this one. The brewer releases it with confidence. This sake uses Hokkaido-produced Kita Shizuku, and has a harmonious flavor and sourness. Please take this opportunity to enjoy Hokkaido's local sake.
