This time's sake
●Hanahato Kijoshu 8 years storage 180ml
Kijoshu is a type of sake that uses sake instead of brewing water to create a rich sweetness similar to Kifu wine.
As the first brewery in Japan to brew Kijoshu, Enoki Sake Brewery first exhibited at the world's largest wine fair, IWC, in 2008.
Since then, it has won the gold award in the aged sake category 11 times, including 7 consecutive years since 2010 and 3 consecutive years since 2019.
Introducing a masterpiece that is a masterpiece!
●Refreshing Kijo Sake Hana Colombe ~White Koji Mixture~ 180ml
A new version of Kijoshu with a completely new bottle design inspired by authentic French wine, and the brand name using the French word for pigeon.
The citric acid produced by white koji mold creates the essence of sourness within the sweetness, giving it a literal refreshing feel.
Enjoy chilled like a sweet white wine!
●Hanahato "Special pure rice sake brewed with rice grown by the chief brewer himself" 180ml
Tadashi Fujita is known for his dedication to research and never saying ``it can't be done.''
This is an all-Hiroshima local sake brewed using ``Hiroshima Reiwa No. 1 yeast'' and 100% locally produced ``Gin no Sato'', which was handled by the master brewer himself from planting to harvesting.
This is a special product that promises not only safety and security but also delicious taste.

About Enoki Sake Brewery

The first sake brewery in Japan to brew Kijoshu
Founded in 1899.
There are two reasons for naming the representative brand "Hanahato."
One is that it originates from the place name ``Hatooka'' where the brewery is built.
Another reason is that the first sentence of old Japanese language textbooks was written as ``Hana, Hato, Mame, Mas...'', so it is said that the name was changed to ``Hanahato,'' which everyone knows.
In the brewing year of 1974, we brewed Kijoshu for the first time in Japan.
This led to technological innovation in the sake industry and is credited with establishing a new genre.
Nowadays, there are so many variations that people say, ``When you think of Hanahato, you think of Kijoshu, and when you think of Kijoshu, you think of Hanahato,'' and it is unrivaled in the world of Kijoshu.
