This time's recommendation
Sakurada Sake Brewery was founded in 1914 in Takojima-cho, Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture by Sotaro Sakurada. The brands are "Taikei" and "Hatsuzakura."
A small sake brewery run by a family of four at the tip of the Noto Peninsula, they have continued to make sake that is loved by the locals, but on January 1st of this year, the Noto Peninsula earthquake hit Sakurada Sake Brewery, completely destroying both the brewery and home, and discarding over 1,000 bottles in stock.

Reason for introducing Sakurada Sake Brewery
As a Hands-On SAKE, we launched the Noto Peninsula Sake Brewery Support Project on the ``SAKE Kurafan'' service operated by our company from 1/3 immediately after the earthquake, and donated 872 units and 8,303,028 yen to the Japan Sake Brewery Central Association.
After that, on February 20th, representative Masuda and online moderator Kokado visited Noto and met Mr. Sakurada in person.
After the disaster, Mr. Sakurada said that the thought of going out of business crossed his mind, but he was moved by the outpouring of support from his customers and business partners, and he is working positively toward restarting sake production.
I think what we can do now is connect Mr. Sakurada's feelings.
Would you like to join us and talk about the future of Sakurada Sake Brewery and Noto?

This time's sake
●Selected in Noto, Honjozo, First Cherry Blossom (720ml)
Our goal is to create sake that is delicious both hot and cold. In Suzu City in the Noto region, there is a custom of sending a 2-sho bottle of alcohol for ceremonial occasions and celebrations. This alcohol is mainly used for such occasions.
Currently, this is the only sake left in the brewery.
