A craft salmon brewery was opened in Fukuchi Town, Fukuoka Prefecture in May 2025 after applying for the "Craft Salmon Brewery Attraction Project" promoted by Fukuchi Town and being selected as an inviting business. Aiming to become a community development and exchange hub that takes advantage of local resources (Fukuchiyama spring water, water source forests, fruits, rice, and Ueno ware), we have built a restaurant and accommodation facility adjacent to the brewery, and are attracting attention as a hub for regional exchange.
Sake brewing is about to begin.
Mr. Nakayama and Mr. Ueda from the unknown sake brewery "Tengyo Brewery" will be on stage.

Reason for introducing “Tengyo Brewery”
We, Hands-on SAKE, are based in our hometown of Fukuoka.
Until 2021, there were 58 sake breweries in Fukuoka, but as of March 2025, the number of operating breweries has been halved to about 33.
Meanwhile, a new craft salmon brewery has opened in Fukuoka.
Mr. Nakayama says:
I was born and raised in Fukuchi Town, and my mission is to pass on Japanese culture and spirit to the next generation through Japanese sake.
After many years of overseas experience, I was once again fascinated by the depth of Japanese tradition and sake brewing, and started this sake brewery with the desire to contribute to regional revitalization and the future of the sake industry.
We are very happy to be able to deliver to everyone a cup made from local blessings and craftsmanship.
Would you like to interact with Mr. Nakayama and Mr. Ueda, the production manager, in preparation for the unknown sake brewing that is about to begin?

Regarding alcohol sales
We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 20 years of age. I didn't start drinking until I was 20. Drinking and driving is prohibited by law. Drinking alcohol during pregnancy or breastfeeding may affect the development of the fetus and infant. Alcohol should be delicious and in moderation. Recycle after drinking.
