Matsumori Sake Brewery

Matsumori Sake Brewery has been making a living in this area since the Edo period, selling sake to sake breweries throughout Tsugaru.

After that, brewing experimental stations were established in various places, and under their guidance, each sake brewer began making their own shubo, so in 1904 (Meiji 37) the company changed its business to producing sake, and in 1959 (Showa 34) established a stock company.

In recent years, in 2016 (Heisei 28), we became the first in Aomori Prefecture to obtain Kosher certification, which is widely recognized as a food safety regulation overseas, and we have converted to a pure rice brewery that does not add any brewed alcohol. While respecting tradition, we have been making changes with an eye to the times.

In addition, by taking advantage of the environment where many people from outside the prefecture work, we continue to strive to deliver sake that will take you to a new world by fusing the best aspects of Aomori seen from both inside and outside. We believe that you can enjoy the tradition and pride of a sake brewery that focuses on deliciousness, as well as our attempts at innovation, from every angle.

Reason for introducing Matsumori Sake Brewery

Matsuroku Sake Brewery will be the first time we will be introducing a sake brewery in Aomori Prefecture through the online sake brewery study abroad program.
In fact, I was able to appear on this occasion after being voted on in the ``Oshigura Ranking'', which started in April of this year, where drinkers vote.

Enjoy the synergistic effect created by the combination of the unique design perspective of a female president and a famous sake taster!

This time, we will be comparing two types of drinks using rice produced in Aomori Prefecture!

Would you like to have a toast with Rokukon with sake brewers and international students from all over the country?♪
We look forward to your participation!
