The sake brewing groups in Tohoku are famous. ``Echigo Toji'' in Niigata Prefecture, ``Nanbu Toji'' in Iwate Prefecture, and ``Sannai Toji'' in Akita Prefecture. This time, we will take a deep dive into Akita's "Yamauchi Chief Brewer"!
Mr. Onogawa's specialty is the brewed yeast "D-29" and "D-121" collected from his own wooden barrels. The sake we will deliver this time is brewed with "D-29" yeast, and we will hear directly from the creator about its charm and characteristics.♪
